Paediatric Palliative Care Conference Australia 2022

Psychosocial

The WHO defines paediatric palliative care as 'the total care of the child's body, mind and spirit, and involves giving support to the family' (WHO; 1998a). Abstracts will examine the combined influence of psychological and social environments that impact on one's mental and physical wellness. This stream will include spiritual care, memory making, bereavement, end of life and holistic care.
