Your Profile & Registration

Who do I contact for support with my registrations? 

How do I set up my profile or change my profile details?
  • Log into the virtual event platform, click the box with your initials on the top right menu, and select 'Edit Profile'. You’re encouraged to add a photo, a short biography and links to your social media accounts.

Can I make a booking on behalf of someone else? 
  • If a staff member is making a booking on behalf of someone else, we recommend they use the email address and user details of the conference participant they are booking for. 

How can I make a Group Booking?
  • A discounted group rate is available for a team of five (5).
  • Please email Alarnah Roberts, PCA Events and Communications Officer – alarnah.roberts@palliativecare.org.au with the details below and you will be assigned unique codes to access a discounted rate for your group:
    • Number of registrations
    • Name and contact number for the group organiser
    • Invoice requirements e.g name/organisation

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

Can I change my registration type after purchasing a ticket? 
  • To modify your registration, you will need to contact appcc@delegateconnect.co to cancel your registration and receive a refund for the transaction amount.
  • Once your cancellation has been approved and refunded, you can then resubmit a new registration on the platform.

How do I receive my refund? 
  • You will have received an email sent to the address you used to make your original booking. In this email you have been invited to provide your details for the refund to be deposited into your nominated bank account. 
  • If you did not receive an email, please check your junk mail. Alternatively, you can contact appcc@delegateconnect.co for support with your registration.
